These Terms & Conditions apply to all web design projects undertaken by EnigmaDesigns.com. By commissioning a website, the client agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
The project scope, features, and timeline will be outlined in a written quote or agreed communication. Any additional features requested after project commencement may be subject to a separate fee and adjusted delivery timeframe.
The project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge at an hourly or fixed rate.
All deliverables are tested and reviewed before launch. Upon final approval and full payment, the site will be handed over or deployed live to the agreed domain/hosting. After this, any further changes are treated as a new job unless under a maintenance agreement.
Once full payment is received, the client owns the website content and front-end design. However:
Unless a separate maintenance plan is agreed, our obligation ends after final delivery. We may offer fixes for bugs reported within 14 days of handover. Any additional support is billed separately or covered by a service agreement.
EnigmaDesigns.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the delivered website.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client terminates, payment will be due for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable after work has begun.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
