Key Policy Information

Versioning Philosophy

Each major release is treated as a standalone product to ensure long-term stability, security, and performance. Major releases (e.g., v1, v2) may include architectural changes, deprecated features, and significant updates. Upgrading to a new major version requires a fresh installation, and client data or settings may not be automatically transferable – manual migration is required. Existing license holders are eligible for discounted upgrade options.

Core Access & Customization Policy

All core modules are delivered in a protected, non-editable form and are intentionally locked to prevent tampering, reverse engineering, or nulling. You may not alter, decompile, disassemble, or modify any of these protected files. Some projects include clearly documented extension points or plugin hooks, designed specifically to allow safe customization without modifying the core.

Hosting Requirement: Setup support is exclusively available on cPanel environments with CloudLinux OS. Guidance for other systems is not provided.
Included Support

Our 3-month support period covers defects in documented core functionality. Support only commences once initial setup and deployment are confirmed complete.

  • Emergency support or guaranteed response times
  • Issues resulting from unauthorized code modifications

Upgrade Responsibility & Data Compliance

In accordance with legal obligations (e.g., GDPR/ICO), we do not perform updates, upgrades, or migrations on client systems. Clients are responsible for backing up their systems and data prior to any changes. We do not access client databases or user data after the initial setup, and you must ensure your operations adhere to local data regulations.

Important: No support is provided for restoring lost data due to failed or improper upgrades.

Refund Policy: All sales are final once the license key has been delivered. Cancellations made before license delivery are eligible for a 95% refund.
License Model

A one-time payment grants you a perpetual license for one authorized domain. Your license remains valid as long as:

  • The license verification code remains intact and unaltered.
  • The software is used only on the authorized domain(s) or environment(s).
  • No unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sublicensing occurs.
Hosting & Infrastructure Requirements

Please note, no hosting is included – you must provide your own infrastructure. Mandatory for one-time setup is a cPanel hosting environment with CloudLinux OS.

Data Backup Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of your database and application files. We recommend setting up automated daily backups through your hosting provider.

Third-Party Integrations

Our role is limited to providing the necessary interface fields for entering third-party credentials and offering documentation for setup. It is your responsibility to create and manage these accounts.

Client Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain your own accounts with third-party providers
  • Manage all API keys and credentials securely
  • Cover any fees and compliance requirements set by the providers
We do not provide support for issues related to third-party APIs or service outages.

Customization Policy

Modifying any protected core logic voids all included support. The support period commences only after the initial setup and deployment have been confirmed.

  • Custom development or integrations with unsupported third-party software are not covered.
  • Alterations to the core system architecture or logic are not supported.
  • Bug fixes arising from unauthorized modifications will not be provided.
  • Custom extensions built using supported methods may need to be re-applied during future upgrades due to architecture changes.
License Validity with Customization

Your license remains valid provided that:

  • License verification remains intact and unaltered.
  • The software is used only on the authorized domain(s) or environment(s).
  • There is no unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sublicensing.
