This license and support policy applies to all Django-based applications we create and sell now or in the future, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Important Notice: This document outlines the binding license, support, and upgrade policies for all web applications we sell.
Important: All projects require cPanel hosting with CloudLinux OS. You must be able to use the cPanel Python App and Cron features.
1 Acceptance & Agreement
Binding Agreement
By completing your purchase of any Django project from us (including but not limited to the Buyback site):
- You automatically accept all terms in this policy
- You acknowledge this document was available before purchase
- You agree to the domain-locked licensing model
- You confirm understanding of the support limitations
Marketplace Purchases
For eBay or other marketplace purchases:
- The product description contains a link to this policy
- Completing checkout constitutes agreement
- No physical signature required

2 Licensing & Ownership
- One-time payment for example £799 grants a perpetual license for one authorized domain
- Valid for one authorized domain
- No annual renewal or recurring fees
- License key is cryptographically verified against your domain through our secure authentication system
License Transfer Policy:
- Full business transfers (including domain) require license reassignment (£20 per transfer fee)
- Domain-only changes (rebranding, etc.): £20 per transfer fee
- Codebase transfers: Requires license reassignment to new domain (£20 per transfer fee)

Important: License transfers apply only to the license key and domain authorization — not to the transfer or migration of website files, databases, or server environments. If you require a fresh installation on the new domain or server, a re-setup fee of £40 applies. Site migrations are not included as part of the license transfer and must be arranged separately.
Transfer Process:
All transfers require cryptographic license reassignment through our portal. The original license will be deactivated before the new domain is authorized.
3 Support Policy
- A one-time setup is included in the license price and will be completed once we have access to your domain and hosting server, or you can follow our step-by-step guides to complete it yourself.
- All setup support is limited to cPanel hosting with CloudLinux OS; your host must support the cPanel “Setup Python App” tool and allow Cron Job configuration
- Setup guides are exclusively written for cPanel(cloudlinux); clients using non-cPanel platforms must adapt instructions independently
- No support for non-cPanel cloud linux os environments
- Includes 3 months of bug fix support after setup is complete
- Setup is considered complete when: (a) the application is successfully deployed on your domain, and (b) core functionality tests pass as outlined in the Core Functionality PDF.
- We cannot provide support that involves direct login to your hosting account, database modifications, or server-level configurations beyond the initial setup.
cPanel Requirement:
Our installation support is exclusively available on cPanel(cloudlinux) environments. We do not provide guides or assistance for other systems.
Support Scope: "Bug fix support" covers:
- Defects in core functionality as documented
- The Core Functionality PDF included in each project version's setup files defines what is considered core
It excludes:
- Server or hosting configuration
- Third-party services or plugins
- Customizations or development requests
- Emergency support or guaranteed response times
- Issues resulting from code modifications by the user or a hired developer
Support Timeline:
Support begins when setup is completed—not at purchase—to ensure full value during initial use.
4 Forbidden Use
- Redistributing or reselling the code without license transfer is strictly prohibited
- Uploading the project to open-source repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) is not allowed
- Using the codebase to build competing commercial products is forbidden
- Altering, bypassing, or removing the activation app will result in immediate deactivation
- Violations may lead to permanent license revocation without refund
- Violators may be subject to license revocation and legal action where applicable.
License Enforcement:
All product versions require a valid license for proper operation:
- Versions: All versions include advanced anti-tamper and system lockdown features to enforce licensing.
Any attempt to bypass license enforcement will fully disable system functionality.
Customization Support
Modifying the core code voids official support during the included support period.
License Validity with Modifications:
Your license remains valid even with core code modifications if:
- License verification code remains intact and unaltered
- Usage is limited to one authorized domain (or per-license agreement)
- The code is not redistributed, published, or resold
Please refer to Section 7 for customization-related limitations on support and upgrade eligibility.
5 Versioning & Security
- Each version for example (V1, V2) is a completely separate release
- All major versions (e.g., V1, V2) undergo internal security validation during their development lifecycle.
- Security maintenance is provided exclusively during the 3-month support period

- Regularly monitoring security headers
- Implementing web application firewalls
- Considering upgrades to newer versions
Upgrade Responsibility & GDPR Compliance:
Due to legal obligations related to user data privacy (e.g., GDPR/ICO regulations), we do not perform updates, upgrades, or migrations on client systems that involve handling user data.
Clients are solely responsible for backing up their systems and data before performing any upgrades. You may either carry out upgrades independently or hire a qualified web professional to handle them safely and in compliance with data regulations.
- No support is provided for restoring lost data due to failed or improper upgrades
- We do not access client databases or user data at any time after setup is complete
- It is your legal responsibility to ensure compliance with data protection regulations during any system modifications
6 Hosting Requirements
- No hosting included - clients must provide their own infrastructure

Data Backup Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of your database and application files. We recommend automated daily backups through your hosting provider.
7 Upgrades & Customization
Versioning Philosophy
Each major release is treated as a standalone product to ensure long-term stability, security, and performance.
- Major releases (e.g., v1, v2) may include architectural changes, deprecated features, and significant updates.
- Upgrading to a new major version requires a fresh installation.
- Client data and settings may not be automatically transferable between major versions and must be migrated manually if applicable.
- Existing license holders are eligible for discounted upgrade options to newer versions.
Core Access & Customization Policy
- All core modules included with this software are governed by strict licensing terms and are contractually protected against unauthorized use.
- While core source code is included to ensure system transparency and functionality, you are not permitted to:
- Modify or alter any protected core files
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or bypass activation/licensing logic
- Redistribute or resell modified versions of the protected modules
- Modifying protected components will void your license and result in immediate termination of support.
- Where applicable, some systems may include clearly documented extension points or override hooks to allow safe, modular customization. These should be used exclusively for customization needs without altering core logic.
- You are encouraged to customize templates, environment settings, and add your own apps, as long as the protected functionality remains intact.
Customization Policy:
- Modifying any protected core logic voids all included support.
- Note: The included support period begins only after initial setup and deployment are confirmed complete.
- The following are not covered under support:
- Custom development or integration with unsupported third-party software.
- Changes to core system architecture or logic.
- Bug fixes related to unsupported or unauthorized code changes.
- Custom extensions using supported methods may need to be re-applied during future upgrades due to architecture changes.
License Validity with Customization:
Your license remains valid as long as the following conditions are met:
- License verification remains intact and unaltered.
- Use is restricted to the authorized domain(s) or environment(s).
- There is no unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sublicensing.
Important: Document any configuration changes or safe customizations to assist with future updates or support queries.
8 Service Limitations
- No emergency support or guaranteed response times
- No custom development or modifications by us
- No data migration services
- No server management beyond initial cPanel cloudlinux setup
- No third-party integration support
GDPR Compliance:
We do not store or process personal data. You are solely responsible for GDPR compliance of your implementation including:
- Data collection consent mechanisms
- Privacy policy implementation
- Data subject request handling
- Data breach notifications
9 Third-Party Integrations
API Services Disclaimer
Our products may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and other external tools.
Our role is limited to:
- Providing interface fields in the admin panel to input your credentials
- Documenting the integration setup process
Client Responsibilities:
- You must create and maintain your own accounts with third-party providers
- You are responsible for all fees, terms, and compliance with these services
- You must obtain and manage your own API keys/credentials
- You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials
Limitations of Support:
- We do not provide support for third-party API issues
- We cannot troubleshoot problems with external services
- API changes by providers may break functionality without notice
- We are not responsible for service disruptions or downtime of third parties
Recommendations:
- Regularly check provider status pages (e.g., Stripe Status, PayPal Status, Ship Engine)
- Subscribe to API changelogs from your service providers
- Thoroughly test all integrations before launching your site or features live

11 Contact & Support Portal

Important: We do not store personal information and cannot proactively contact clients. You must initiate all support requests.
12 Termination & Violations
Grounds for Termination
- Unauthorized domain use
- Reverse engineering attempts
- Tampering with license verification mechanisms
- Redistribution of codebase
Termination results in immediate license revocation and system deactivation without notice.
13 Refund Policy
Digital Product Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products and license key activation, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered.
- If you wish to cancel your order before the license key is delivered a full refund will be given.
- Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in immediate license revocation.
- All products are delivered as fixed versions. Version replacement not offered after delivery.
- This is due to technical limitations, including database structure locking and customer data isolation.
- We do not handle, migrate, or process client or customer data under any circumstances. All GDPR, data handling, and compliance remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
14 Data Protection Compliance
Client assumes full responsibility for:
- GDPR/CCPA compliance implementation
- Data breach notifications
- Lawful data processing mechanisms
We provide no data processing agreements (DPA) and assume no controller/processor roles under EU regulations.
15 Usage Recommendations
- Regularly back up your site files and database
- Keep your cPanel credentials secure and private
- Avoid installing unknown third-party plugins without developer review
- Use strong passwords for all admin access points
No Extended Support or Multi-Domain Licensing
We do not offer extended support packages beyond the 3-month period, even for an additional fee.
All support ends automatically 90 days after setup completion.
Additionally, we do not offer multiple-domain or unlimited-domain licenses under any circumstances. Each project license is valid for one domain only and is non-negotiable.
Anyone attempting to bypass this policy through duplication or unauthorized re-use may be permanently blacklisted and have their license revoked.

Your purchase and installation serves as your electronic signature, indicating agreement to all terms in this document.
