You must provide your own domain name. DNS settings must point to our platform (e.g., ns1.mysite.pro, ns2.mysite.pro).
Domain registration and renewal are your responsibility. We provide guidance only for DNS setup and are not responsible for registration issues.
Your site is hosted in a secure environment with isolated resources. We manage server maintenance, security, and uptime. You will receive an admin dashboard to manage your content and site configuration.
You may not resell, clone, sublicense, or misuse the platform. All use must comply with applicable laws and ethical standards. Violation may result in account termination without refund.
You retain full ownership of your customer data and content. We will never access, share, or sell your data without consent, unless legally required.
Backups are maintained, but exporting critical data is your responsibility. Upon cancellation, you can request a CSV export within 14 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.
GDPR Notice: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your users. While we are GDPR-aware, we are not the Data Controller of your customer data.
The platform's codebase, structure, and features are the intellectual property of EnigmaDesigns.com. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or duplication is prohibited.
Custom branding is licensed only for use on the platform and cannot be migrated elsewhere.
Admin and frontend IP brute force protection is active. Suspicious or unauthorized activities must be reported immediately.
Prohibited uses include spam, unlawful behavior, or attempts to access other clients’ data.
Requests for additional features or integrations (e.g., Twilio, third-party APIs) must be discussed and approved prior to the start of your subscription. Additional charges may apply.
Custom features cannot be requested after deployment.
We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice in cases of abuse, fraud, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
Uptime: Target uptime is 99%, though occasional maintenance or third-party outages may cause interruptions.
Third-Party Services: Some features may rely on third-party tools (e.g., ShipEngine). We are not liable for any disruptions from these providers.
